These terms are an agreement between you and Sergii Speshylov (“we”, “us”) for
using the Little Feya app. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. If you
don't agree, please don't use the app.
1. Who can use Little Feya
- Accounts are for adults (18 or older), typically a parent or guardian, who
set up the app for their family.
- Children may use the app under that adult's supervision, on a device the
adult has set up. The adult is responsible for their family's use of the app and for agreeing
to these terms and our Privacy Policy on the family's behalf.
2. Your account
- Keep your password and your parent PIN private. The PIN protects the parent area and
purchases on your device; please don't share it with children.
- A family can be shared with up to 3 other grown-ups (4 in all) using one-time invite codes.
Everyone in a family can see and change the family's information.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app (Parent area → Settings → Delete
account).
3. Subscriptions and the free trial
- Some features need a subscription: $2.99 per month or
$24.99 per year (prices may vary by country and are shown in the app before
you buy).
- New subscribers can get a 1-week free trial, once per Apple ID. If you don't
cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it turns into a paid
subscription automatically.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled
at least 24 hours before it ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
- You can manage or cancel at any time in your iPhone's Settings → [your name] →
Subscriptions. Deleting the app or your Little Feya account does not
cancel a subscription; please cancel it there too.
- Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds follow Apple's policies; ask Apple at
reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Without a subscription, your family's history (tooth record, rewards claimed, dentist visits
and reports) stays available for free.
4. Points, rewards and the tooth fairy
Points, streaks, badges and rewards in Little Feya are for fun and motivation at home. They have
no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and any real-world reward is up to you
as the parent. The same goes for Feya: her notes and bonus points are part of the app's story.
5. Not medical advice
Little Feya encourages good habits. Its brushing tips, reminders and dentist reports are
general information and a record of home care, not medical or dental advice. Always
follow your dentist's or doctor's guidance about your child's teeth.
6. Acceptable use
Please don't misuse the app: for example, by trying to get into another family's information,
interfering with the service, reverse-engineering it, or using it for anything unlawful. We may
suspend accounts that do.
7. Your content
Things you add, such as your children's nicknames, notes, rewards and dentist details, stay
yours. You give us permission to store and process them only so we can provide the app to you, as
described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Our content
The app, its design, and the character Feya are owned by Sergii Speshylov and protected by
copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the
app for your family, under these terms.
9. Changes and ending
- We may update the app and these terms. For important changes, we'll let you know in the app
or by email before they take effect; continuing to use the app means you accept them.
- You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time. We may end or suspend access
if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the app, in which case we'll give reasonable
notice where we can.
10. Disclaimers and limits
The app is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't
promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable
for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you
paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that
can't be waived.
11. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, and disputes go to
the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live says otherwise.
12. Apple-specific terms
If you got Little Feya from Apple's App Store:
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple isn't responsible for
the app or its content.
- Your licence is to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App
Store's Usage Rules.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
Contact us for support.
- If the app fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund
the app's purchase price (if any); to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty
obligation for the app.
- We, not Apple, are responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product
liability, failure to meet legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection claims.
- If someone claims the app infringes their intellectual property, we, not Apple, are
responsible for dealing with that claim.
- You confirm that you're not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or
designated as “terrorist supporting”, and that you're not on any U.S. government list of
prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them
against you.
