Effective date: September 25, 2026
Little Feya (“the app”, “we”, “us”) is a tooth-care app for families: children earn points for brushing and other tasks, and a tooth fairy named Feya visits when they lose a tooth. This policy explains what information the app handles, why, and the choices parents have.
The app is provided by Sergii Speshylov, 21366 Hall Rd, Unit #4313, Clinton Township, MI 48038. Questions: hello@littlefeya.com.
| Information | Why |
|---|---|
| Email address and password | To create the account and sign in. Passwords are stored in hashed form by our hosting provider and are never visible to us. |
| Sign in with Apple (if you choose it) | Instead of a password. Apple tells us an account identifier and an email address, which may be Apple's private relay address if you hide your own. We never see your Apple ID password. |
| A second parent's email (if a family is shared) | To let both parents use the same family on their own phones. |
| Your dentist's name and email (optional) | To fill in the email when you choose to send a report to your dentist. |
| Subscription status | To know whether the family has access. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; we never see card details. |
| Information | Why |
|---|---|
| First name or nickname, and an emoji avatar | So the child can find their own profile. No photos, no surname, no birth date. |
| Tasks done each day, points, streaks and badges | The core of the app: tracking the routine and rewarding it. |
| Rewards set by the parent and rewards claimed | So children can spend points, with a parent's approval. |
| Lost teeth (which tooth, and when) and Feya's notes | For the tooth-fairy moment and the family's tooth record. |
| Dentist visits (date and an optional note) | For the checkup countdown and the dentist report. Please keep notes short and non-sensitive. |
These never leave the device: the parent PIN, reminder times and settings, and the dentist report PDF until you choose to share it.
Our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs (such as IP address, time and the type of request) to keep the service secure and working. We don't use these to build profiles or for advertising.
Little Feya is meant to be set up and managed by a parent or guardian. The parent creates the account, adds each child's profile, and is the one who agrees to this policy on the family's behalf. Children use the app on a device a parent has set up; grown-up areas, including purchases, settings and the parent area, are behind the parent's PIN.
We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children, show them ads, or let them contact anyone through the app. A parent can at any time:
If you believe a child has given us information without a parent's involvement, contact us and we'll delete it.
We don't sell, rent or trade personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the app, only as far as they need it, and under agreements that require them to protect it:
| Provider | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Supabase | Hosting the app's database, parent sign-in and account emails | East US (North Virginia), United States |
| Apple | App Store downloads and in-app subscriptions | Per Apple's own privacy policy |
| RevenueCat | Tracking subscription status; receives an anonymous app user ID and purchase details from Apple, no names | United States |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the safety of our users or the service.
Things you send: the dentist report is created on your phone and sent by you, through your own email or share sheet, to whoever you choose. We don't receive a copy.
We keep family information while the account exists. When a parent deletes the account, the family's information is deleted from our live database straight away, unless another parent still shares the family, in which case only the departing parent's login is removed. Backups kept by our hosting provider are overwritten within 30 days.
No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe, and will tell affected families promptly if something goes wrong.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your family's information, and to object to or limit how it's used. Most of this can be done in the app; for anything else, write to hello@littlefeya.com. We'll reply within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. For important changes, we'll let parents know in the app or by email before they take effect.
