The first grown-up creates an account, chooses a parent PIN, then adds each child with a name and an avatar. Tasks, rewards and points are all set in the parent area, behind the PIN.
Yes, and up to 4 grown-ups in all, such as a grandparent or a nanny. In the parent area, choose Family and share the one-time invite code. They install the app, create their own login, and enter the code. Everyone then sees the same children, points and history, each with their own PIN, and one subscription covers the whole family.
Yes. On the sign-in screen, tap Sign in with Apple. There's no password to remember, and you can use Apple's "Hide My Email" if you'd rather not share your address; our emails still reach you through it. If you already had an account with the same email address, signing in with Apple takes you to that same family, with all your children and history.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password?, type your email, and we'll send a code. Enter the code and choose a new password.
Sign out and sign back in with your email and password, and you can set a new PIN. The PIN is stored only on your phone, so it can't be recovered any other way.
A day counts towards the streak when a child finishes at least one task. Every 7 days in a row earns bonus points, and reaching 7, 14, 30, 90, 180 and 365 days earns a badge.
When a child loses a tooth, they choose it on the tooth map and send it to Feya. The next morning she leaves a note and bonus points. A parent can write the note themselves in the parent area.
Parent area → Kids → Dentist visits → Send report. The report is made on your phone as a PDF and opens in your email or share sheet, so you choose who gets it. It's never sent from our servers.
Parent area → Settings → Delete account removes your family's information from our database straight away. If another parent still shares the family, only your own login is removed. See the Privacy Policy for details.
